During a telephone interview, renowned TV personality Reham Al-Sahli said she was shocked and nervous at receiving the news of her new position because of the size of the responsibility, following up by sharing: I am very proud to be the first woman to head the channel, and for sure the coming years will witness many women holding that position.
She continued: These last few years, the Egyptian state has given huge support to women and offered them countless opportunities to prove their worth and improve their social and economic status.
Al Sahli also praised the channel, saying: DMC is a “big name” channel that is well-established and successful, and since its initial launch, it has become one of the most prominent channels in Egypt.
Moreover, the acclaimed presenter pointed out that development is necessary for every stage because every detail on the screen matters.
She finally expressed: I am overjoyed but also anxious about this huge responsibility. The channel is full of different specializations and a team of people who love their work, which makes my job a lot easier, but it is a big responsibility nonetheless.
