On December 30, 2024, Egypt’s official Gazette published a significant decision in its Issue No. 52 (A), in which President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi ratified Decision No. 600 of 2024 to reconstitute the Board of Trustees of the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) for a three-year term.
