Nihad Shelbaya is Head of Public and Government Affairs at ExxonMobil Egypt, covering Egypt and Cyprus. She is also Egypt Chapter Lead for ExxonMobil Egypt Women Interest Network(WIN), Founder and Head of the Nada Foundation of Safer Egyptian Roads, Injaz Egypt Board Advisor. In addition, she served as Advisory Board Member at Enactus Egypt, Board Member of AISEC Egypt, and Member of the US Egypt Business Council. Shelbaya established the Nada Foundation of Safer Egyptian Roads in August 2014, in honor of all the loved ones who have lost their lives as a result of road crashes. The foundation is a contribution from those who endured the pain of loss in an attempt to avoid such a sad event from happening to any Egyptian family. Furthermore, Shelbaya is an active Member of several internal committees at ExxonMobil Egypt, such as the Wellness Committee, and of the American Chamber of Commerce’s CSR and Women Leaders committees. In March 2017, Shelbaya was awarded “Women Leadership Award” by the Business Women of Egypt Association.
