Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala El-Said emphasized the importance of continuing the creation of a sustainable, equitable, and just environment that is conducive to the economic empowerment of women, according to the “State Information Service” website.
El-Said made the remarks during her participation in a ceremony of the Commercial International Bank (CIB)’s women’s initiative network, held in cooperation with the Group of Women Ambassadors (GLAM).
The minister asserted the necessity of having a new generation of women’s rights advocates.
She added that women must be guaranteed equal access to resources and opportunities.
