The Ministry of Petroleum  successfully inaugurated a comprehensive development and rehabilitation project in Housh Eissa village,  Beheira Governorate. This initiative aligns with the oil and gas sector’s social responsibility (CSR) role  and aims to support Egyptian society.

The collaborative effort between Petrotrade, Sianco, Fajr, and Al Orman Association, involved upgrading and rehabilitating 28 households and implementing 28 small-scale projects tailored to the needs of the most vulnerable families. This comprehensive approach is expected to significantly improve the living conditions of the villagers.

By partnering with civil society institutions, the MoPMR has demonstrated its dedication to achieving sustainable development goals in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030. This project serves as a prime example of how the oil and gas sector can contribute to the overall well-being of local communities.
