The National Council for Women will launch the National Project Exhibition for the Development of the Egyptian Family in partnership with the Ministry of Social Solidarity as part of the New Alamein Festival 2024 activities.
The festival’s second session, under the slogan “The World is Two Worlds,” will take place from July 11 to August 30. The exhibition will be held on the New Alamein Festival’s exhibition grounds on the North Coast.
The exhibition will feature various activities and events, including a display of handicraft products produced by 20 women who received training from the council within the national project for the development of the Egyptian family in the villages of the “Decent Life” initiative.
There will also be live demonstrations for adults and children to learn a variety of crafts, such as drawing on cloth and plates. Additionally, 21 female entrepreneurs will participate, providing marketing opportunities for their craft projects.
A special pavilion will be dedicated to the Women’s Complaints Office to introduce its services, including psychological, social, and legal support, as well as the hotline 15115 for inquiries and complaints from women.
There will also be a section introducing the balanced upbringing program implemented by the council within the framework of the national project for the development of the Egyptian family.
The exhibition will also feature a special corner for the Noura Initiative launched by the Council, which aims to build and enhance the capabilities of girls, empower them, and build their social, health, and economic skills. Additionally, there will be a special corner for the financial inclusion program, with games and activities introducing the program and the Tahweesha application.
Finally, there will be a theater showcasing a variety of activities, games, and interactive competitions. This diverse range of entertainment will keep you engaged and excited throughout the event.
