National Training Academy Launches New Phase of “Women Lead” Program in More Egyptian Governorates

This week, the National Training Academy (NTA) launched a new phase of the “Women Lead” program in more Egyptian Governorates, after the successful completion of the first phase in the governorates of Cairo, Giza, and Qalyubia.

In light of the Academy’s strategic plan to reach all Egyptian women, the program will extend to all governorates of the Republic, in partnership with the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development under the umbrella of the “Women Leadership School” to develop and improve the leadership and administrative skills of Egyptian women.

The program was designed specifically for women in the Egyptian governorates seeking to empower them socially, economically, and politically so they can actively participate in construction and development.

The program works to develop the skills of these women, invest in their training, and give them real opportunities to participate, as it opens horizons for logical and creative thinking and refines the trainees’ experiences to become more influential in their families, work, and communities.

The program also aims to provide many training topics and axes that are concerned with the concept of marketing management and contemporary marketing communications, as well as raising awareness of the sustainable development goals and the main axes of Egypt’s Vision 2030, and in line with the vision of the Egyptian state and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to empower of women.

It is noteworthy that the first phase of the program ended in the governorates of Cairo, Giza, and Qalyubia, on Thursday, October 12. In implementing the program, the Academy relied on a modern training methodology using workshops, various training activities, and study cases.

The second phase of the program began on Sunday, October 22, in the governorates of Beheira, Kafr El-Sheikh, Damietta, and Port Said, where the training program contains several axes that include personal and leadership skills, project management, entrepreneurship, and self-employment, in addition to the axis of building the state and the rise of nations, awareness, marketing, and management, human resources, finance, information technology, and other topics.

The third phase of the program was inaugurated last Sunday, October 29, in the governorates of Dakahlia, Beheira, Sharkia, Fayoum, and Alexandria. This phase aims to educate 200 trainees from each governorate on several topics, including effective communication skills, strategic management skills, change management, economic challenges, and women’s participation in electoral and parliamentary life.

The fourth phase of the program is currently scheduled to launch in the governorates of Qena, Minya, Sohag, and Assiut next Sunday, November 5.
