The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization NMEC has announced its plan to commemorate International Women’s Day on Thursday, March 7, 2024, with a public lecture titled “A Woman from Egypt” The lecture will be delivered by Dr. Misra Abdallah Hussein, Executive Vice President of Archaeological Affairs, who will provide an in-depth review of the role and status of Egyptian women throughout history.
