Mayar Naguib has joined e& Egypt as Head of Corporate Reputation, Sustainability & Public Relations, in a move that reflects the company’s strategic focus on strengthening its corporate positioning and expanding the impact of its sustainability and community initiatives.
In her new role, Naguib will also oversee the activities of the e& Egypt Foundation for Community Development, established in 2013, as part of a broader mandate to enhance institutional reputation and scale social responsibility programs.
Senior Communications Leader
Naguib brings more than 20 years of experience across corporate communications, public relations, sustainability, and brand reputation. She has built a career leading integrated communication strategies and high-impact campaigns across multinational and regional organizations.
Prior to joining e& Egypt, she served as Director of Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility at Telecom Egypt (WE), where she led efforts in brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and community initiatives.
Her previous experience also includes regional communications leadership roles at Philip Morris International, as well as senior marketing and communications positions at Intel across Egypt, the Levant, and North Africa.
Driving Reputation and Sustainability Strategy
At e& Egypt, Naguib will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen corporate reputation and align communication efforts with sustainability goals.
Working under the leadership of Ahmed Emamaby, Head of Brand, Corporate Communications, Media, Public Relations, and Sustainability, she will contribute to advancing integrated communication frameworks and enhancing brand equity.
Her role includes overseeing corporate social responsibility programs focused on education, healthcare, community development, and digital inclusion—aligned with Egypt Vision 2030.

Naguib is recognized for her expertise in crisis management and integrated communications, with a strong focus on purpose-driven initiatives that deliver measurable social impact.
Her appointment underscores e& Egypt’s commitment to attracting experienced talent to support its evolving communication strategy, reinforce its market presence, and contribute to sustainable development in Egypt’s rapidly transforming digital landscape.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and journalism from The American University in Cairo (AUC), with a minor in business administration and psychology.
