La Liste Recognizes Khufu’s Restaurant As Hidden Gem Of The Mediterranean
Khufu restaurant, one of the first fine-dining Egyptian restaurants in the world, was recently named “A Hidden Gem of the Mediterranean” by La Liste. By cooking new recipes using traditional Egyptian ingredients, Khufu restaurant elevates Egyptian cuisine. The restaurant is situated on the Giza Plateau

Bolandrini considers that the restaurant brings the past into the present by fusing the site’s extensive historical and cultural legacy with modernist design elements that are relevant to the time in which we currently live.
