Jordanian MP Lauds Women’s Empowerment Under Sisi

The Women and Family Affairs Committee Chairperson in the Jordanian parliament, MP Mayada Shreim, has praised Egypt’s significant experience in empowering women under President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

Shreim told MENA on Saturday that Jordan is working on using that fruitful experience, noting that Egyptian women are in their golden age under the wise rule of Sisi, according to “Egyptian Gazette” website.

The lawmaker also commended parliamentary cooperation between Egypt and Jordan at different levels.

She added that Jordanian women took significant steps under the leadership of Jordan’s King Abdullah II.
