Japanese Investors Eye Egypt’s New Administrative Capital

The Chairman and Managing Director of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD),  Khaled Abbas, received  Kanazawa Yukio, owner of Titan Capital, and other members of a prominent Japanese investment alliance.

The meeting, held at the iconic City of Arts and Culture, aimed to explore potential collaborations in real estate development and discuss the various investment opportunities available in the New Capital. Abbas highlighted the city’s strategic location, modern infrastructure, and sustainable development initiatives, emphasizing its potential as a thriving business and residential hub.

Kanazawa Yukio expressed his admiration for the rapid progress made in the New Capital and acknowledged the government’s strong commitment to transforming Egypt’s urban landscape. He also highlighted the potential of Egypt as a gateway to the Middle East and African markets.

This meeting underscores the growing interest of Japanese investors in Egypt’s real estate sector. As the New Capital continues to take shape, it is poised to become a magnet for foreign investment and a catalyst for economic growth.
