Ambassador Soha Gendy, the Minister of State for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs, participated in a Senate plenary session. The session discussed the government’s plan to enhance communication with Egyptian students studying abroad and how to benefit from their experiences.
Counselor Abdel Wahab Abdel Razek chaired the session. During the session, Ambassador Soha Gendy gave a speech in which she expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the Speaker of the Senate and the House deputies for their keen interest in the Ministry of Immigration issues and files. She appreciated their decision to put them up for discussion.
In her speech, Ambassador Soha Gendy reviewed the Ministry of Immigration’s efforts and procedures concerning benefiting from and communicating with Egyptian students studying abroad. She explained in detail the various steps the Ministry took to ensure that students are supported and connected with their home country.
