The El Gouna Film Festival (GFF) has announced that its eighth edition will take place from October 16 to 24, 2025. Building on the resounding success of its seventh edition, which showcased over 80 films from 40 countries and selected 21 standout projects from over 230 submissions, the festival continues its commitment to celebrating cinematic excellence. The 2024 edition featured 20 panels, nine masterclasses, multiple workshops, and a roundtable with industry leaders, centralizing its industry-focused activities at the Festival Plaza. For 2025, GFF is set to elevate this legacy, promising an even richer experience for filmmakers, industry professionals, and audiences alike.
