Forbes Middle East has recognized three influential Egyptian women in its Top 20 Arab Women in Government list for 2025. Dr. Rascha Ragheb, Executive Director of Egypt’s National Training Academy (NTA), ranked 6th, Amal Ammar, Chairwoman of Egypt’s National Council for Women, ranked 16th, and Dalia El-Baz, Executive Chairwoman of Egypt Post, ranked 19th.

Forbes’ list highlights Arab women who have made significant impacts in various governmental and non-governmental sectors such as diplomacy, culture, technology, media, and the environment. This year’s ranking process considered each woman’s leadership roles, experience, and contributions, including their initiatives launched in 2024.

Dalia El-Baz, appointed Executive Chairwoman of Egypt Post in 2024, has been instrumental in modernizing postal services and integrating technological advancements into Egypt’s postal system. She previously held a leadership position at the National Bank of Egypt.

Dr. Ragheb, with over 20 years of experience in human development, has played a pivotal role in leading the NTA since 2018, focusing on enhancing Egypt’s youth’s managerial and professional skills. Her leadership also extends to Egypt’s World Youth Forum and the Shabab Balad initiative under the UN’s Generation Unlimited.

Amal Ammar, who joined the National Council for Women in 2016, has made a profound impact on women’s rights and judicial reform in Egypt. She was one of Egypt’s first female judges and has held significant positions in the Ministry of Justice, including being the first Egyptian woman elected as Vice President of the African Union’s Anti-Corruption Advisory Council in 2019.

These recognitions highlight the growing influence and leadership of Egyptian women in key government sectors, shaping the future of Egypt and the Arab world.
