Egypt’s Hana Goda Shines in Champions League Debut with French Club Metz

Egyptian table tennis prodigy Hana Goda celebrated a powerful start to her Champions League journey, winning her debut match with French club Metz TT (Metz Tennis de Table) against Polish team Rzeszow, with an overall score of 3–1.

The victory marks an impressive beginning for the young Egyptian star in one of Europe’s most prestigious table tennis competitions. Representing Metz, one of France’s leading clubs, Goda continues to make waves internationally after dominating African and Arab championships in recent years.

At just 17, Hana Goda has already established herself as one of Egypt’s brightest sporting talents. Her latest performance on the European stage further reinforces her status as a rising global competitor in women’s table tennis.

Goda expressed her gratitude and joy following the match, saying “Alhamdulillah” (praise be to God) and thanking her supporters, adding that she’s looking forward to continuing her journey in the Champions League with determination and focus.
