Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly announced that the anniversary of the June 30 Revolution, which falls next Sunday, will be observed as an official paid holiday.
This inclusive declaration, according to the government’s website, applies to all employees in ministries, government departments, public bodies, local administration units, public sector companies, and public business sector companies, recognizing the contributions of each sector.
As a result, these employees can expect to receive their regular pay for the holiday.
