Egyptian Airports Participate in Promotion Campaign of Presidential Initiative “Speak Arabic”
State Minister of Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs Soha Gendy thanked Civil Aviation Minister Mohamed Abbas Helmi for the Egyptian airports’ participation in Etkallem Arabi (Speak Arabic) presidential initiative promotional campaign.
In a statement on Tuesday, February 21, the minister said that within the framework of cooperation with the Civil Aviation Ministry, videos of the initiative were displayed on the screens of EgyptAir planes to promote the presidential initiative and spread its goals among the Egyptian communities abroad.
Gendy added that she agreed with Civil Aviation Minister Mohamed Abbas Helmi on offering discounted tickets for Egyptian families living abroad.
Initially, the initiative was launched in October 2020, under the sponsorship of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, aiming to link Egyptians abroad to their motherland.
