EgyptAir, a member of the Star Alliance, announced a strategic partnership with TRU, a leading flexible installment payment platform. This agreement enables customers to purchase domestic and international EgyptAir tickets through easy and flexible installment plans, broadening travel accessibility for individuals and families without immediate financial burdens.
Pilot Mohamed Alyan, Chairman of EgyptAir Airlines, emphasized the company’s commitment to digital transformation in aviation, describing the partnership as a key step in expanding payment options and enhancing the travel experience.
The signing ceremony was attended by Amr Adawy, EgyptAir’s Head of Commercial Affairs, and Ahmed Essam Saudi, CEO of TRU.
Amr Adawy highlighted the company’s dedication to delivering a modern, integrated travel experience by adopting advanced digital solutions, noting the value of financial flexibility for customers.
Ahmed Essam Saudi expressed pride in partnering with EgyptAir and hinted at future initiatives aimed at ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.
The agreement will be implemented in two phases: initially offering the installment service via EgyptAir’s call center, followed by an online launch through the company’s official website.
