In a ceremony celebrating corporate commitment to women’s empowerment, Counselor Amal Ammar, President of the National Council for Women, awarded accreditation certificates to 14 pioneering companies that successfully met the standards of the Egyptian Gender Equality Seal (EGES).
The event highlighted the expanding role of Egypt’s private sector in promoting gender equality, improving employment conditions for women, and ensuring fair opportunities across diverse industries.

The honored companies represent major sectors including hospitality, pharmaceuticals, engineering, textiles, technology, and customer experience management. They are:

The recognition underscores these companies’ genuine commitment to providing an inclusive workplace that supports women’s advancement, ensures equitable policies, and fosters leadership opportunities.
Ammar: Private sector playing a growing role in women’s empowerment

Ammar praised the companies for setting a strong example of responsible and inclusive business practices.
