Earlier today, the Ministry of Education finally released the “Thanaweyya Amma” results after being finalized over the last week.
Following the release, Minister of Education, Reda Hegazy, announced that grievances will start 48 hours after the results, with an amount of 200 EGP fee for each subject.
While last Saturday, the Higher Education Ministry said the 2023-2024 academic year at universities will start on September 30.
In a statement, The Ministry announced that the Supreme Council of Universities approved the decision in its meeting on Saturday under the auspices of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Ayman Ashour.
The ministry’s statement also mentioned that the first semester will last for 14 weeks, ending on Thursday, January 4, 2024, while the end-of-semester exams will begin on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, and ends on Thursday, January 25, 2024.
It added that the exams for the second semester will take place in June 2024.
