Contact Developments has announced the launch of the Eval Towers project in the New Administrative Capital. This is the fourth project to be established by the company in the New Administrative Capital following Mercury Business Complex, Quan Tower, and Cayo Mall.
Contact Developments Chairperson, Ahmed Fikry, stated that the project is located on the Bin Zayed axis, pointing out that the project will be built on an area of 9,100 sqm with about EGP 7bn investment. It comprises 18 floors with commercial and administrative properties.
He added that the project has four phases and the tower is divided into two buildings, one administrative and the other a hotel.
Khaled Al-Seoufi, Managing Director of the company, said that the company has contracted with YBA – Yasser Al Beltagy Architects and ACE Moharram. Bakhoum, and several other consulting offices. In addition, they contracted with the global office CBRE as a management and operation consultant for the project.
