Earlier this month, Prof. Dr. Khaled Al-Dhahabi, Head of the Housing and Building Research Center, honored Prof. Dr. Habiba Hassan Wasef for obtaining the award and title of “Living Legend of the International Federation of Nutritional Sciences” in Tokyo among nine scientists around the world, during the Second International Conference Twenty feeding Tokyo.
Wasef obtained this international recognition for her countless and continuous contributions to the advancement of nutrition at the national, regional, and global levels.
Prof. Dr. Adel Yassin, Chairman of the Committee and owner of the quality of life thought, stated that this award serves as another honor added to the credit of the prolific Professor. He congratulated her on behalf of all members of the Committee as one of the acclaimed figures in the science of nutrition in Egypt and the world.
The ceremony took place in the presence of the Standing Committee for the Code of Quality of Life Indicators, chaired by Prof. Dr. Adel Yassin, President of the Building Research Center, Prof. Dr. Tariq Bahaa, Vice President of the National Center for Housing and Building Research, Prof. Dr. Amr Al-Hafnawi, Secretary General of the Housing Research Center and construction.
