Amwal Al Ghad Awards Ceremony Celebrates Business Leaders

Under the patronage of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly, the Amwal Al Ghad Awards Ceremony 2024, held on Monday at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo, celebrated the achievements of Egypt’s most innovative and impactful businesses. The ceremony recognized not only the top 100 companies in the country but also 50 outstanding women leading the way in the business world.

The ceremony’s highlight was the awarding of the  “Entrepreneurs of the Year” Award. This award recognizes individuals and companies demonstrating excellence in areas like innovation, financial performance, and social responsibility.

2024’s Award Winners Include:

  • Yodawy Platform: A modern healthcare platform providing software solutions for affordable and accessible medication (Yasser AbdelGawad, Co-founder & Chief Operations Officer)
  • Flash Application: A user-friendly mobile payment app enabling easy and instant payments anywhere (Sherine Kabesh, Co-Founder)
  • Pearl Semiconductor: A leading fabless semiconductor company specializing in high-performance timing solutions (Ayman Ahmed, Founder & CEO)
  • Mtor: An online-to-offline platform providing workshops with a comprehensive range of on-demand automotive spare parts (Mohamed Maged, CEO)
  • Masroofi: A fintech company offering cashless spending solutions for families through mobile apps and pre-paid cards (Mostafa Abd Elkhabir, Founder)
  • Agel: Egypt’s first Islamic fintech company providing alternative financing solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) (Abdelrahman Saeed, Founder & CEO)
  • Amenli: A platform offering a streamlined insurance process for various needs, from medical to travel insurance (Shady El Tohfa, Co-Founder & CEO)
  • OBM Education: The MENA region’s leading startup specializing in college guidance and career preparation (Omar El-Barbary, Founder & CEO)

The ceremony also celebrated the achievements of Egypt’s top 100 companies and 50 most influential businesswomen. Organized by Amwal Al Ghad, a prominent economic magazine, and Exlnt Communications, both affiliates of the United Media Services Group (UMS), the event recognized the significant contributions these individuals and businesses make to the Egyptian economy.
