ALEXBANK announced the completion of the “GenderPro” training program on empowering women, especially women leaders, and teaching them how to overcome challenges in the workplace and master public speaking.
The bank stressed that this comes within the framework of achieving gender balance, in line with the state’s strategy and the bank’s principles to create competitive opportunities by building leadership practices.
Moreover, ALEXBANK linked women to its development agenda by developing a training program targeting all female managers and non-managers in the bank with a special focus on the challenges women face daily and how to equip them through training programs.
The bank added that participants received sessions on public speaking and understanding the requirements for speech and presentation.
ALEXBANK’s “educational programs” allow women to see their potential, enhance their leadership and decision-making skills, and enable and encourage them to achieve their true potential.
