Coinciding with Al-Azhar Al-Sharif’s celebration of the International Day of the Arabic Language, the language of the Holy Qur’an, Al-Azhar Mosque will launch next Saturday the first episodes of its 10th season of its programs directed at women, which comes under the title: “Linguistic Security.
This step comes under the generous patronage of His Eminence the Grand Imam Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, the guidance of Dr. Muhammad Al-Duwaini, Undersecretary of Al-Azhar, and the supervision of Dr. Abdel Moneim Fouad, General Supervisor of Scientific Activities of the Al-Azhar Corridor and Dr. Hani Odeh, General Director of Al-Azhar Mosque.
Dr. Abdel Moneim Fouad said that the programs directed at women and the family at Al-Azhar Mosque discuss all issues that concern the family and society, especially women in general and Muslim and Arab women in particular.
He further explained that these seminars provide a prescription for treating all their problems, stressing that next Saturday’s symposium is the first season of seminars within programs directed to women and families.
The supervisor of the Al-Azhari Gallery explained that this season is a continuation of the previous nine seasons, and a distinguished elite of specialists in Sharia science will lecture alongside experts and specialists in the art of family relations and psychological and social health.
He emphasized that the lectures are held every Wednesday and address one of the main topics of the program over a whole month, with a total of 4 lectures.
Moreover, he pointed out that the Al-Azhari Corridor addresses all issues that concern citizens and the entire Islamic nation in accordance with the directives of His Eminence the Grand Imam, noting that some conditions must be taken into account before registering for the program, which is that attendees must be pre-registered before the date of the first lecture.
According to the supervisor, the registration is limited to women only, and they are obligated to attend all of the program’s lectures, pointing out that at the end of the program, female attendees will be given a passing certificate approved by Al-Azhar Mosque.
He added that women and family issues receive significant attention from Al-Azhar Mosque, in accordance with the directives of His Eminence the Grand Imam and Undersecretary of Al-Azhar, explaining that during the past few years, Al-Azhar has launched many scientific forums and awareness seminars, which discuss many issues of concern to women, children, and the entire family.
