Chief Business Excellence Officer at Tamweely for Microfinance
I am a strategic and results-driven Chief Business Excellence Officer, with extensive experience operating within all areas of business and operational excellence, corporate training, HR management, and project completion. Due to my proven track record of providing successful outcomes in business, I have been awarded as ‘One of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Egypt’ by Cabinet of Ministers and Amwal El-Ghad Magazine. Additionally, while utilizing my expertise in these areas, I apply an exceptional level of critical thinking and analytical skills to improve financial services, operational procedures and team performance. I have led a successful career, particularly as a Non-Banking Financial expert, due to my extensive educational background within the financial sector. After gaining more than 30 years’ experience in the field of management and Microfinance, I continue to gain key skills as Chief Business Excellence Officer at Tamweely Microfinance. I have also previously carried out multiple positions throughout Dakahlya Business Association – Microfinance (DBACD) as Executive Team Member. During this role, I successfully utilized Microfinance to assess and develop institutional capacity building and products / services development, to thoroughly explore all aspects of Microfinance. As a Certified Trainer from the International Labor Organization at Turin and Sanabel, I utilized key skills in curriculum design, provided training activities, and executed performance enhancement procedures. I have also acquired an in-depth understanding of financing and investment, after gaining a Master of Business Administration degree from Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, as well as pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration. Some of my additional strengths lie in identifying problem areas in business and developing innovative solutions, which optimize processes, productivity, and programs. For instance, I developed exceptional experience in leadership, policy formation, and Microfinance governance through international study tours and courses from USA Department of State-DOS, Boulder Turin, Cambodia, Philippines, Uganda and more. I am also able to gain a level of trust and respect from colleagues at all levels, due to my excellent level of communication skills, open and collaborative negotiation style, and experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
