In Cooperation with the National Council for Women (NCW), the Central Bank of Egypt, and Amwal Al Ghad Magazine, Top 50 women Forum launched the “Women Leadership Development Mentoring” program.  The program, the first of its kind in Egypt, aims at developing women holistically for the future — professionally, individually, and spiritually to excel in all political, economic and social fields. The program involves a top-down flow of knowledge and expertise from “Top 50 women Forum” members to develop the mentees’ leadership skills.  Each member assists her mentee to develop robust leadership skills in a variety of business settings.
