Engineer Safaa is the Procurement Senior Director at Telecom Egypt. She joined Telecom Egypt in 1995 as a network implementation engineer, responsible for the implementation of the terrestrial networks and the technical support needed to provide telecommunications services delivered to the company’s clients. In 2002, she assumed the position of Head of Technical Support Values. In 2003, she became Director of Follow-up and Technical Support, and in 2007, she was promoted to be the General Manager of Follow-up and Technical Support headed by the sectors of Alexandria. Afterwards, she was assigned to be the Director of Procurement in 2009, and afterwards she moved to be Head of the Warehouse and Procurement sector from 2012 until 2017. She obtained an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in 2018, and, in 2005, she obtained a diploma in Marketing from Ain Shams University. She also holds another diploma in Educational Sciences in 1994. Eng. Safaa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in the Department of Communications and Electronics from Ain Shams University in 1991
