Ms. Rania Sabsouba is the Senior Media Relations Officer at AmCham Egypt in addition to her role as Assistant to the CEO. Ms. Sabsouba is responsible for media coverage related to all AmCham activities, ensuring a positive and comprehensive coverage of all AmCham efforts. Over the past 10 years Ms. Sabsouba developed and maintained positive relationships with Egyptian and foreign journalists. Ms. Sabsouba is also in charge of coordinating the annual media delegation trip to Washington DC, known as the AmCham DoorKnock Mission, where she organizes press meetings with AmCham leadership, designs the agenda for meetings with key stakeholders including the IMF, World Bank, State Department, Think-Tanks and other stakeholders. In addition to her role as Senior Media Relations Officer, Ms. Sabsouba is also in charge of the Business Visa Program unit at AmCham Egypt, where members are offered expedited U.S. visa processing through this unit. Ms. Sabsouba joined AmCham Egypt in 1998 as a team member at the AmCham Business Studies and Analysis Center, before joining the office of the CEO in 2004 as Assistant to the CEO.
