Ola is a Wellsite drilling engineer in BP, one of the top energy companies in the world, she works on offshore and onshore rigs managing more than 120 personnel to develop gas wells in the Nile Delta.
Ola seeks a leadership role in her career bringing her vision of immediate and strategic value and development.
Ola is a graduate of Gas and petrochemicals Engineering, class 2012, Alexandria University, Egypt, and a Master of Science degree holder in Renewable energy, Alexandria University, Egypt.
After Graduation, she has taken a research engineer role in Egypt Japan University of Science and Technology. In this regards, she worked in Kyoto and TokyoTech Universities on related joint research Projects, working in besides managing her own research as well.
She was Awarded by Switchmed Entrepreneurship Program, sponsored by the United Nations and Minister of Commerce for her startup Project proposal “Wara’a” Paper recycling in Educational Institutes.

Ms. Hamouda works as a Research Analyst for the Agenda 2063 and SDGs and acts as a focal point for the North Africa region. Earlier, she worked at the Cabinet of the Minister of International Cooperation in Egypt as a Senior Economic Researcher in charge of cooperation with the Arab & regional financial institutions, and China from 2008-2015.
She also received a trainee-ship program at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg from 2017-2018, of which she provided policy analysis and research regarding the EIB role outside the EU, especially in the southern Mediterranean region in various issues such as migration, donors’ relations, and economic resilience in the neighboring countries.
Academically, she has a diversified background in Political Sciences, Development, Peace studies, and European Union affairs. She holds a MA of Arts in International Development from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul, a Diploma in Peace promotion and disarmament from the University for Peace and Vienna Center for Disarmament and a Bachelor’s in Political Sciences from the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences, Cairo University. She is also an alumnus of College of Europe in Warsaw.

They launched their brand Okhtein – meaning, appropriately, “sisters” in Arabic – because of their vision to bring true luxury back to their home country as well as drawing international attention to the inherent refinement of Egyptian partisanship,sensing a gap in the market for true luxury accessories produced in Egypt. Launched in 2013, Okhtein seeks to set new trends, promoting Egyptian artistry as well as presenting new designs to the world.
As a brand, Okhtein is remarkable due to its hyper local manufacturing process. Each Okhtein product has a unique provenance with deep cultural associations. To manufacture their products, Aya and Mounaz felt compelled to take a philanthropic approach to their work out of a desire to incorporate more handmade embroidery and straw into their leather work.
This led to a highly mutually rewarding collaboration with several local NGOs that work to provide assistance to skilled female workers who have faced considerable financial hardship.

Sherine Sabry is a leader in Knowledge Management, Training Management Development, promoting projects for Sustainable Development for the Persons with Different Abilities (PwDA), and Executive and Life Coach.
Having spent more than 25 years in Unilever company Sherine has experience across a variety of roles across Egypt, Morocco, UAE and KSA as Knowledge Management Officer for the North Africa Middle East and Sustainable Living Plans Projects Lead.
This experience reflects findings from Sherine’s ongoing development into the powerful since behind two main areas: Knowledge Management process and execution globally, by focusing to implement a learning organization and by driving positive mindset towards the managing work for the various Persons with Different Abilities issues including: empowering them to be enrolled in the workforce by creating a real dynamic job opportunities to help them be economically independent and have productive lives in the workforce, mindset change by impacting on the normal society towards PWDA, commitments to diversity and social inclusion in the professional field.
In 2017 Sherine has been identified as one of Unilever Global Heros in recognition of her leadership for the disabled persons sustainable development projects and how to transfer their lives to be productive. She has also created Unilever Mashreq sustainable plan board.
In 1993 Sherine possessed years worth of experience as Office Manager to the Unilever North Africa Middle East and Turkey President. She was then recruited by Unilever Arabia as their Management Development Assistant for three years in Dubai.
Sherine has also worked as the Personal Assistant to the Egyptian Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade for one year.
Prior to Unilever Sherine spent 6 years with the Arab Maritime Transport Academy as the Executive Personal Assistant to the Dean of the Academy and was provided an international assignment to Germany for the Assistant Development Manager position at the Wirtschafts Hochschule Bremen.
Sherine was a past board member at the MENA and Arab African International Women’s Forum Maritime Forum.
Sherine is certified as: Knowledge Management Manager (CKM) by the International Knowledge Management Institute – USA, and Executive & Life Coach by Optimistic Spark Mentorship program from the Academic Accreditation of North America.
