Maya Morsi had served as: regional gender team leader for the UN Development Programme in Cairo, country programme manager and Project Coordinator for the UN Development Fund for Women, Project Officer in the Sustainable Human Development Platform for Action and Monitoring. She was also an Academic Facilitator in the Public Administration and Communication Joint Program between City University of Seattle and the Arab Academy of Science and Technology Maya Morsi holds a BA in political science from the American University in Cairo in 1995, an MBA from the City University of Seattle in 1997, and an MA in public administration from Seattle in 1998. In 2008, Maya Morsi earned a PhD in public policy from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies in Cairo. defending their fundamental rights.
