Lobna M El Bayar has a 25 years’ history of work experience in IT across multiple industries including telecommunication, IT services and consulting, oil and gas, healthcare, banking, local government, and software house.
Throughout her career, she managed to work in partnership with business management, advising them on how to use information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems.
She worked to improve the structure and efficiency of IT systems in various organizations she managed. She provided strategic guidance to business management with regard to technology, IT infrastructures and enabled major business processes through enhancements to IT. She provided guidance during selection and procurement well as expert technical assistance, and user training.
Epitomizing commitment to excellence, Lobna was recognized earlier in her career as a robust leader capable of managing change, facilitating manpower understanding on what are expected of them and influencing them to focus on achieving their results. Throughout her career, Lobna had a success record of creating organizational capability and a learning environment where people make progress on addressing their issues while gaining the ability to address their future challenges. She pursued strategies’ development and implementation with clear comprehension to decision process that determines actions that serve short term, long term and transnational goals.
