Jacqueline Mourad is the Executive Director at Professional Development Foundation, an NGO that contributes to Egypt’s economic growth and aims to increase Egypt’s global competitiveness by enhancing workforce performance. Jacqueline holds a degree in Archaeology from the University of Cairo, and an MBA from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands. She has over 20 years of experience providing strategic and operations leadership in challenging environments. She started her career in 1998 and her background in Management, Strategic Planning, Business development and Information Technology represent a unique combination of disciplines. Her expertise includes evidence-based planning and implementation, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, good governance, poverty reduction, human resources development, organizational development, and qualitative and quantitative analytical work. Jacqueline volunteers regularly as a youth mentor as well as startup projects consultant. Jacqueline is passionate about Egypt’s rich history and believes that Egyptian youth have the potential to transform Egyptian society, calling for programs that provide the next generation with essential skills and necessary education to further the development of their country.
