GM, Head of Communications, Sustainability and Customer Experience – Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank Egypt
Ines Kadri is the Head of Communications, Sustainability and Customer Experience in Abu Dhabi commercial Bank (ADCB-Egypt).
With a banking experience of over 20 years, she held successively different positions at Credit Agricole Egypt since its establishment in 2006, where she was lastly the Head of Communication and Sustainability. Overlooking the internal and external communications and public relations, Ines was able to establish the identity and culture of Crédit Agricole Egypt in accordance to the vision, standards and directions of the worldwide Group. She was also able to consolidate the brand and image of the bank, which won many prestigious international awards.
On the level of sustainability, in 2020, Ines issued the first integrated sustainability report in Egypt compliant with the GRI model launched by Credit Agricole Egypt to become a reference of disclosure and transparency in accordance to the highest international standards.
She worked as a French-language broadcaster on the Egyptian radio, presented many cultural and dialogue programs and hosted a many senior artists, ministers and ambassadors for twenty years.
Ines Kadri also worked as a French language interpreter during an important number of cultural and economic conferences.
