Heba Abdel Latif  joined the CIB in December 1990.  She has more than 26 years of experience in the Banking sector and has a proven track record of project financing and syndicated loans. She has sparticipated in structuring and arranging operations exceeding $11 billion and EGP 32 billion.

She has played a prominent role in most of the financing project operations in the Egyptian market in many key sectors such as oil, gas, petrochemicals, telecommunications, energy, cement, real estate finance, and ports as well as the first public-private partnership (sewage treatment).

Furthermore, Abdel Latif also played a key role in structuring all the securitization transactions in the Egyptian market and many bond issues to government agencies and companies.

She received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the American University in Cairo (AUC).
