Hanan has over twenty years of experience in HR. She is an experienced professional with extensive practice in Organizational Development including Talent Acquisition and Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Internal Communication.  During her tenure with NBE, she worked hardly on spreading the culture of performance management, identifying Hi-potential leaders using objective, transparent and fair methodologies, as well as facilitated the transformation process aiming at increasing productivity and employee engagement.

Prior to NBE, she worked for Mobinil (currently Orange) as the Learning and Development Director and Head of Training of MEAG – Middle East Advisory Group.

Hanan’s passion is developing people to lead their organizations for results and impact. She has developed and managed performance evaluations and succession planning and career tracking. She has designed and led training programs on leadership, change management and organizational learning for managers and executives.  Hanan is Co-member of the HR Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt and is an active contributor to a number of organizations in Egypt.

Holds a B.Sc. in Economics, Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences, Cairo University, 1988.
