After earning her master’s degree, Dr. Salwa Ryad demonstrated a vast experience in ophthalmology in her position as the Manager of the Ophthalmology Hospital for 15 years. Later on, Dr. Salwa was appointed as an Ophthalmic Consultant at Beni Suef Hospital. She also acts as a Rapporteur National Council For Women. Further, she is a member of the Customer Protection Association. As Dr. Salwa pursued having a supportive role in community development, she is also a member of the Environmental Development Association, along with other community-based associations.  She also took part in organizing the Ophthalmology Conferences as well as other national conferences and workshops on women empowerment Dr. Salwa received two awards for being a is a skilled physician.  She was elected as an ideal physician on the government level, along with listing her among the top 100 physicians in Egypt.
