A holder of BA in Business Administration (AUC’93 – Honors), MA in Public Administration (AUC’99), and Executive MBA (AUC’14) is the CEO of Nahdet Misr Publishing House, an affiliate of Nahdet Misr Group, the pioneering education and publishing group that over the course of the past 80+ years has evolved into a regional icon of knowledge; becoming a globally-recognized provider of integrated and innovative publishing, educational and digital learning solutions.

Dalia is also the Founder of EdVentures; MENA’s first corporate VC specializing in Edtech.In 2017, Dalia established NM’s venture capital “EdVentures” –   MENA’s first VC for startups in edtech, education and learning innovations. EdVentures has supported more than 60 startups and invested in 13 startups that have been recognized among the most impactful startups in the region.

In 2021, Dalia founded Ta’heal for VET Skills Excellence- a niche service provider offering vocational education solutions to improve the availability and quality of workforce and provides solutions to unemployment based on demand-driven solutions.

Dalia is also on the board of directors of Endeavor Egypt, Injaz Egypt, FEPS (Faculty of Economics & Political Science) Business Incubator, Women Entrepreneurs Network, Tiye Angels, and Education for Employment and a consultant to Book Forum Organization.
