Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer – Etisalat Misr
Ms. Dalia El-Gezery joined Etisalat Misr in 2019 as its Chief Human Resources (HR) and Administration Officer. Her responsibilities include transforming the HR operating model into a business driven strategy, developing numerous labor and human resources policies and procedures, as well as build a trademark work.
El-Gezery has more than 20 years of international experience in leadership and providing innovative human capital management solutions.
Since 2000, she held different senior management roles at Vodafone Egypt serving most recently as HR Director and member of the Executive Management.
Before joining Vodafone, El Gezery worked for Lloyd’s insurance company in the UK and AT&T/Lucent Technologies in the Middle East & Egypt. Her most recent role was Group Chief HR Officer at the Swiss based company, Orascom Development Holding. She also assumed the role of HR and Management Consultant for different international and local corporates.
Ms. El Gezery sat on different boards including Vodafone Foundation as well as Orascom Hotels & Developments.
She obtained a Bachelor degree in Comparative Literature with honors as well as a Management Diploma in Business Administration and Human Resources from the American University in Cairo and is about to complete a Master of Science in Coaching and Behavioral Change from Henley Business School at the University of Reading, UK.
