Dalia Younis, Director of the Membership Services Division of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, has a rich experience of 30 years in the non- profit organizations fields. She is a management expert.

Since joining the American Chamber in 1997, Younis has a fundamental role in increasing the number of its members, which currently exceeds 2,000, covering all the economic sector. She has managed to increase the number of members, more than three times for the past 20 years.

Younis received her MBA degree in Mass Communication and Political Science from the American University in Cairo. She has got many certificates, one of which, from Harvard Kennedy School, in Leadership and Strategic Management for Non-Governmental Organizations.
