Prior to joining the Intercontinental Hotel, Wala was the director of catering and conferences services at The Nile Ritz Carlton Hotel. She has been able to demonstrate her passion and dedication during her 21 years of work, during which she has gained extensive international experience in the field of hospitality sales and events management. Also, Walaa worked at the Sheraton Heliopolis and Le Royal Meridien – Nile Tower, from September 2007 until March 2015. Before that she held the position of Assistant Director of Events Organizing at InterContinental Citystars Hotel. Walaa is focused on delivering excellence, exceptional and positive experience for customers at every stage of event preparations. She obtained a BA and MA in Public Relations and Advertising from the Faculty of Mass communication at Cairo University.
