About Me

Sherine Sabry is a leader in Knowledge Management, Training Management Development, promoting projects for Sustainable Development for the Persons with Different Abilities (PwDA), and Executive and Life Coach. Having spent more than 25 years in Unilever company Sherine has experience across a variety of roles across Egypt, Morocco, UAE and KSA as Knowledge Management Officer for the North Africa Middle East and Sustainable Living Plans Projects Lead. This experience reflects findings from Sherine’s ongoing development into the powerful since behind two main areas: Knowledge Management process and execution globally, by focusing to implement a learning organization and by driving positive mindset towards the managing work for the various Persons with Different Abilities issues including: empowering them to be enrolled in the workforce by creating a real dynamic job opportunities to help them be economically independent and have productive lives in the workforce, mindset change by impacting on the normal society towards PWDA, commitments to diversity and social inclusion in the professional field. In 2017 Sherine has been identified as one of Unilever Global Heros in recognition of her leadership for the disabled persons sustainable development projects and how to transfer their lives to be productive. She has also created Unilever Mashreq sustainable plan board. In 1993 Sherine possessed years worth of experience as Office Manager to the Unilever North Africa Middle East and Turkey President. She was then recruited by Unilever Arabia as their Management Development Assistant for three years in Dubai. Sherine has also worked as the Personal Assistant to the Egyptian Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade for one year. Prior to Unilever Sherine spent 6 years with the Arab Maritime Transport Academy as the Executive Personal Assistant to the Dean of the Academy and was provided an international assignment to Germany for the Assistant Development Manager position at the Wirtschafts Hochschule Bremen. Sherine was a past board member at the MENA and Arab African International Women’s Forum Maritime Forum. Sherine is certified as: Knowledge Management Manager (CKM) by the International Knowledge Management Institute – USA, and Executive & Life Coach by Optimistic Spark Mentorship program from the Academic Accreditation of North America.
