About Me

Rania Abu Rabia is the Founder and Lead Facilitator of THINK, a transformational leadership development center. THINK offers unique leadership development programs, primarily for women and entrepreneurs, capitalizing on the power of blended coaching. Abu Rabia is a keynote speaker, executive coach, specialized in a diverse range of topics related to transformational leadership, team dynamics and women empowerment. Her vision is to inspire those who cross her path to seek, connect with, and embrace their own individual potential, energy and vulnerability, and capitalize on that to achieve effective positive growth and development, in both their professional and personal lives. She is an expert in topics such as political savviness, executive presence, self-confidence, resilience & agility, wellbeing, life balance, positive psychology, coaching, storytelling, public speaking, emotional and social intelligence, and creating cohesive engaged teams. Furthermore, Abu Rabia is also a Board Member of the ICF Egypt Chapter, and is a Mentor Coach and Faculty Member of ICF-credentialed coaching programs. Abu Rabia has more than 36 years of corporate and coaching experience, having worked in various multinational organizations in Canada, UAE, and Egypt.  She founded THINK for Leadership Development in 2014. Prior to that, she was Executive Director of Human Resources, IT, and Planning as well as a Board Member of Abercrombie & Kent Egypt, leading a team of 60 individuals, responsible for 8 branches, and for an annual budget of over $12 million. She holds a BSc in CS degree from Canada.  She is a Certified Professional in Leadership and Performance (CPLP, ATD) as well as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC, ICF), a Certified Executive Coach (ICF) and a Professional in HR (PHR, HRCI).  She also holds a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers & Trainers.  Additionally, Rania is a certified MBTI® practitioner and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.  She is currently studying to become a Certified Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner (CAPP, Flourishing Center). In 2016, Abu Rabia created the “Stories Worth Spreading” initiative where she shares inspiring stories of Egyptian women leaders on her blog. She is currently working on her first book on leadership and wellbeing, due to be published in 2019.
