Randa Al-Menshawi has been  appointed as Deputy Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development for Follow-up and Facilities in July 2018. She is called the Iron Lady in the Ministry. Al-Menshawi has held many positions in the Ministry including the Vice President of the Research and Construction Studies in 2009, Director General of the Research and Construction Studies, and Head of the Central Department for the Minister’s Office in 2012. In addition, Al-Menshawi is also a Board Member in the Engineering Committee at the Housing and Development Bank (HDB).
