Nevine El Tahry is Chairperson of the following companies: Delta Shield for Investment, 138 Pyramids for Project Management, and Delta Inspire for Project Management. She has an experience of more than 35 years in the capital markets and businesses field. El Tahry has begun her career path by working in the National Chase Bank (CIB currently) in 1980. In 1994, she established several companies related to the money market; such as Delta Shield designed to provide consultancy to the family businesses companies, and Delta Inspire to offer support for SMEs. Additionally, she manages 138 Pyramids Company that offers financial support. Moreover, El Tahry was elected as the first woman to join the board of directors of the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) from 1997 to 2003. She had served as Board Member of several companies both in the public and private sectors. El Tahry had also worked as a Representative Office Manager and as a Member of the Advisory Board in the Middle East for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group (previously EBN Bank). She has earned her bachelor degree in Economics from Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University in 1980. She is also an alumna of London Business School and Harvard Business School.
