Lobna leverages over two decades of professional experience in wide range of sectors (including external audit, FMCG, investments, management, construction, manufacturing, executive training, financial education and consulting) to fulfil her advisory, board and teaching roles. She is currently Independent member of the Advisory Board of Alexandria Business Association Small and Micro Enterprise Project, independent Board and Audit Committee member at Cleopatra Hospital Company. She is also an advisor in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Enterprise Growth Program,  advisory services rendered enable enterprises to make structural changes and develop new business skills at senior management level helping them to thrive and compete in market economies and attract investments, adjunct Professor in the School of Business at American University in Cairo and teaches MBA finance courses at Eslsca Business School, and advisor to the Audit Committee of Qalaa Holding (Citadel Capital) having been a member of the Committee from 2012 till 2014. Lobna is Member of the Association of Corporate Governance Practitioners, MGP, Association of Corporate Governance Practitioners (ACGP), UK.  She is a Certified Director from the Egyptian Institute of Directors. She Holds a Master of Business Administration, MBA, in Management Consultancy from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. She is a Certified Management Accountant, CMA, and Certified in Financial Management, CFM, from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, USA. She is also a Certified Public Accountant, CPA, from California State Board of Accountancy, USA. Holds a Bachelors of Commerce, Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Helwan University, Accounting Major, English section.
