She was ranked first in her class.  She holds bachelor’s degrees from Faculty of Arts, Cairo University.  She earned a master’s degree in theses the Egyptian- French cultural exchange through journalism, and obtained her PhD in doctoral theses about The Description de l’ Égypte book. She has several scientific contributions, as she wrote several books, supervised several academic theses, as well as translating French books into Arabic. She was a board member at several scientific institutions the Egyptian Association of French Language Teachers, Egyptian-French Parliamentary Friendship Association and the International Comparative Literature Association. She was also a founding member of the Egyptian Translators Association.
