Sarah joined PepsiCo Egypt as the Head of Corporate Communications in 2017. In 2021, She became the External Communications Director Africa, Middle East, and South Asia and Corporate Communications Director, PepsiCo Egypt. Through which, she became responsible for managing all corporate communication strategies in the AMESA and Egypt, as well as maintaining the company’s corporate reputation. Her role also includes instigating PR plans with the company’s marketing arm and brand teams for products across PepsiCo’s portfolio. She also manages the company’s corporate social responsibility agenda and drive more shared values within the community.


Sarah has more than 18 years of experience in diverse business aspects, namely corporate communications, events planning and Corporate Social Responsibility. Her extended career expertise includes multiple firms such as TRACCS, Barclays Bank Egypt, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) & Sandoz Egypt Pharma. In 2016, she joined MasterCard as the Corporate Communications Manager for Egypt & North Africa, before joining PepsiCo a year later.


During her time as an American University in Cairo (AUC) Business Administration student, Sarah participated in many extracurricular activities. She was a member of the Development program at the 16th Cairo International Model United Nations (MUN) in 2004 and the Reception Committee of the 2nd International Conference of Global Economy (ICGE) in 2001. She also directed the AUC Student Union Talent and Talk Show in 2002 and 2003.


Samia Aboul Fotouh

She started her social work career in 1982. She is an active member of Inner Wheel Club, Zamalek and a number of civil society associations. She is also a founding member at the Children’s Cancer Hospital Egypt 57357, Egypt Hearts Association, Vodafone Charity Foundation, and Kheir wa Baraka Association for slum upgrading. This is in addition to her role in support of “Made In Egypt” initiative since 2001, through holding exhibitions.

Rasha started her career in 1994,  joining the Egyptian Tax Authority(ETA) as a tax officer. As ETA processed tax e-filing, she joined the electronic auditing development where she was promoted to a Senior Tax Auditor . One of her responsibilities was giving lectures at the authority’s training academy. Later on, she headed the department. She was a member at various committees managing the digital transformation at ETA including e- commerce and automation process. Currently, she chairs the Strategic Centeral Administration, as well as the units of electronic auditing  and risk management.

She also received a certificate from the National Institute of Laser-Cairo University for all laser applications and safety in Dermatology.
