Azza Mohamed Fawzi

A PhD researcher in the field of special education, a special education consultant, director of the Rahma Center for People with Disabilities, and a consultant in some disability centers, namely the Egyptian Association for the Advancement of Persons with Disabilities in the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Bahraini Down Syndrome Association in the Kingdom of Bahrain, a member of the National Council for Women, Damietta branch, and a member of the Women’s Committee with Disability in the National Council for Women in Damietta Governorate.

Dr. Basma Bakor

Director of the family planning department at El Beheira Governorate

Dr. Basma holds the position of Director of Family Planning in the El-Behiara governorate.  Throughout her professional career, she has achieved an Excellent performance appraisal. She has a significant career path with regard to family planning, women’s health, and maternity and child care, which has been strengthened through various workshops and training programs. She also held the responsibility of coordinating medical convoys and mobile clinics. Dr. Basma received a Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery.

Dr. Enas M. Ibrahem

Dean – Faculty of Nursing, Damanhour University

Dr. Enas Mohamed has been pursuing a profound career in academia. Currently, Dr. Enas holds the position of the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Damanhour University where she also holds an office of an assistant professor of community health.  Dr. Enas obtained her master’s degree and Ph.D. in community health nursing from the faculty of Alexandria. This is in addition to her distinguishing participation in clinical conferences, courses, and reports with relevant specifications. Starting her academic career, she also took the position of clinical educator in the Community Health Nursing Department. She is also appointed as Executive manager for the faculty’s quality assurance unit. She also participated in managing awareness campaigns among school students regarding diabetes, tooth decay, injection, and contagious diseases.

Andrea Anwar

Faculty of Early Childhood Education-Damanhour University

Prof. Andria Anwar Ayoub graduated with a B.A. in psychology, then went on to get her master’s with an excellent degree in the adjustive behavior of children with intellectual disabilities at Cairo University in 2008. Then, she received a first merit honor, earning her Ph.D. in the phycology of children with intellectual disabilities in 2011. In 2015, she was appointed as a Professor of Psychological Sciences at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Damanhour University. Along with being a lecturer, she also contributed to designing the academic curriculum, especially regarding the psychological guidance and behavioral modification of children with special needs. She also gained vast experience in delivering training programs, primarily related to the psychology of children with special needs to harness their integration into society.  Along with her participation at international and regional conferences, she has been an active member of the quality assurance committees at a number of Egyptian universities.  In addition to being a member of the Rotary Club in El Beheira governorate, she is also a member of organizations with vital roles in human rights, psychological guidance, and educational technology. Further, she also carries out volunteering activities for supporting children with special needs Recognizing her distinguishing efforts, she received several acknowledgments for her contributory role in the success of various training programs, festivals, and initiatives.

Dr. Hanaa Attia

General Director – The General Administration for combating endemic diseases El Beheira

Dr. Hanaa Attia holds the position of the General Director of the Endemic Disease Department. She was also selected to act as the reserve General Manager of the General Authority of Health care and preventive medicine. She also had contributory roles in the successful organization of various medical conferences. During her professional career, she received various acknowledgment certificates in recognition of her efforts in the Health Ministry’s database project, excellence in quality implementation, successful management of medical convoys, as well as governmental excellence. Further, she also received various honorary shields in recognition of the good performance of the medical staff specializing in endemic diseases. Rotary Club also granted her an honorary shield for her efforts in serving the community. She received her Master’s degree in obstetrics and gynecology from Tanta University following her graduation from Alexandria University. She also obtained a hospital management diploma from Sadat Academy for Management Sciences.

Kareen Boulos

Executive Director – Farm Fresh Company, El Beheira

Kareen Boulos currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at Farm Fresh Egypt, where she successfully manages to ensure achieving organizational excellence in line with a strategic plan. Prior to this significant career progress, shwas appointed as Marketing Manager, as she was responsible for strengthening the marketing position of the organization through a customer-centric approach. Previously, she was appointed by a multinational giant, Unilever, as Associate Supply chain Director. Then, she was promoted to the position of Customer Service Excellence Coordinator in the supply chain Department, as she was responsible for steering the organization’s agenda for customer service excellence. Kareen also retained excellence in her academic life. In 2010, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology. She also enrolled in the General Business Certificate Program at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Eng. Salwa Zaki

Chairperson – El-Mahmoudeya Center and City El Beheira

Throughout her professional career, Eng. Salwa Zaki has been willing to serve the public interest, making the pursuit of excellence, transparency, and integrity. Her professional career varies starting from a project engineer at General Authority For Investments Office. She also chaired the industrial zone Authority and craftsmen’s residential complex in Housh Essa. She was also appointed as the General manager of the General State Properties General Authority office in El Beheira governorate. For her leadership competency in chairing the local administrative units at Ad Dilinjat, Housh Eissa, and El-Mahmoudeya, she was the first Egyptian woman to be appointed as the Local Chief Executive of Rashid City. She also ensured the efficiency of implementing national health initiatives such as the hepatitis C elimination, as well as the Cabinet’s Covid -19 response strategy. She is also a member of the national council of women Eng. Salwa Zaki obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Alexandria University in 1987.

Dr. Sanaa ElShobeky

English Professor at Faculty of commerce – Damanhour University

Pursuing an academic career path, Prof. Snaa El Syed Youssef currently holds the position of an English professor at the Faculty of Commerce, Damanhour University. She graduated from the Faculty of Education at Damanhour University in 1999. Earning an excellent grade, she demonstrated academic progress, obtaining her master’s with an excellent degree from Alexandria University. She also obtained a Ph.D. degree in English teaching and language curriculum design from Damanhour University.  As a part of her academic activities, she had a significant contribution in providing various training programs about English language teaching methods, along with her participation in the Commerce faculty’s quality assurance program. She was also selected as a delegate member representing the educators at El-Behiara governorate during a visit to Finland in 2000.
